3.0El personal nos ayudó a contratar a un conductor, tanto como para hacer excursiones como para ir y volver de Porto Novo (donde llega el ferry). Nuestro conductor Mario nos encantó.
− El alojamiento deja mucho que desear, no tiene que ver con las fotos ni con los comentarios que leímos. El plato de ducha estaba oxidado y no daba la sensación de muy limpio. Nuestra habitación estaba llena de una especie de hormiguitas hasta en la cama e intentando buscar de dónde venían vimos que había cucarachas muertas debajo del colchón (y nos encontramos también alguna viva por la habitación). El desayuno lo venden como increíble pero deja mucho que desear, la verdad que nos ha decepcionado mucho el alojamiento.

8.0Guillaume a été un hôte incroyable. Il nous a donné d’excellents conseils pour les randonnées ainsi que pour le transport et les restaurants. Il y a une superbe terrasse sur le toit que nous avons bien apprécié ainsi qu’un réfrigérateur à la disposition des clients avec des rafraîchissements que nous pouvons acheter à la carte. Le petit déjeuner, servi sur la terrasse était également très bon.
− Il y a eu une confusion à notre arrivée, et notre chambre avait déjà été donnée à quelqu’un d’autre (nous avions loué le petit appartement avec cuisine). Nous avons donc eu deux chambres séparées et nous avons dû faire 1 changement de chambre en milieu de séjour, car la chambre qu’ils nous avaient donnée en remplacement était également.louée à quelqu’un d’autre le jour suivant. Bien que privées, nous avons également un peu moins aimé les salles de bain (très petites) situées dans le corridor en dehors des chambres.

10.0Todo genial y el personal majisimo. Tenemos una celiaca en el grupo y cuando lo avisamos adaptaron todos los desayunos para ella.
− La conexión no llegaba bien a algunos puntos del edificio.
