They band me from there say I smoked in the room and I dont smoke

− We reserved a room with 2 beds and got a room with 1 bed, resulting g in some of us having to sleep in the floor. When we asked for resolution they said it was our fault because we never called them after making the reservation so they gave our room to someone else and started showing at us. Never seen anything like it.
