− I did not come due to the person who take the call she was not professional I had book my stay and when I am on my way I called she said the are close due to the rain and I was so disappointed
It was OK
6.0There was no breakfast I had to source my own food
− They cut the water supply off after 11pm and they did not change the bedding daily or change the towels daily

Great place, people and location
9.0The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. Even though I booked a lower fare room the owner upgraded me to the nicest room in the place and said you need the ocean out your window in the morning. I actually contacted them directly and have stayed there again on another trip to Jamaica I took a few weeks after this stay. Dominique, thank you for being such a great host, I will be back soon. Marcia, I hope you are well and I appreciate all your attention to anything I wanted while I was there.
− Absolutely no control of the owner outside of installing a huge system to store water, but Negril shuts the water off at night occasionally because of infrastructure issues and that sucked to not have water in the middle of the nights when needed but hey, it’s Jamaica, I’d take it over the USA any day anyhow
