2.0We had to exterminate not just one, BUT THREE cockroaches on separate days. The water dispenser at Level 2 was full of ants, and the hot water dispenser's water is not even warm, basically ruined my morning coffee.

8.0The room is clean and it’s comfortable. It’s cozy. Lots of food options. Though it’s quite far from shopping malls but it’s easy to get a grab. There’s a nearby massage too.
