2.0Wir hatten uns auf einen erholsamen Aufenthalt im Klosterbräu gefreut, wurden jedoch in mehreren Punkten enttäuscht. Unser Auto wurde vom Parkservice mit geöffnetem Fenster abgestellt – ein absolutes No-Go, insbesondere bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie. Zudem war der Tisch beim Frühstück und Abendessen regelmäßig nur für zwei statt drei Personen gedeckt, obwohl die Reservierung eindeutig war. Besonders enttäuschend war der Wellnessbereich: Anstelle von Ruhe und Entspannung herrschte dort den ganzen Tag über Trubel. Kinder und Erwachsene sprangen mit Wasserbomben ins Wasser, was eine Erholung unmöglich machte. Hier hätte man sich deutlich mehr Aufsicht und Rücksichtnahme gewünscht. Am 2. Tag unseres Aufenthalts wurde zudem unsere Reservierung im Restaurant schlichtweg vergessen. Der Chef hat zwar kurzfristig eine Lösung organisiert und ein Gespräch zur Klärung am nächsten Tag angekündigt – dieses Gespräch hat jedoch nie stattgefunden. Insgesamt blieb der Service leider weit hinter unseren Erwartungen zurück. Schade, denn das Haus an sich hätte viel Potenzial für einen wirklich besonderen Aufenthalt
