9.01. 옛날 건물이지만 관리가 잘 되어있어서 깨끗 2. 개인풀장이 생각보다 커서 매우 만족 3. 웰컴과일 맛있어용 4. 리조트 내에 할게 많아서 굳이 나가지 않아도 될듯 5. 버기를 어플로 부를 수 있어서 편했어요 6. 수영장이 종류별로있고, 해변도 함께 즐길 수 있어서 너무 좋음 7. 큰 수영장에서 튜브를 못쓰게 하는데 그러니까 오히려 큰 튜브를 가지고 오는 사람이 없어서 수영하기 좋았음!
− 1. 리조트가 넓어서 그런지 뭐 하나 요청하면 들어주기까지 꽤나 오래 걸림 체크인 전에 메일로 선풍기를 미리 요청했었는데, 반영이 안돼서 한번 더 얘기하고 기다려야했음 2. 체크인 시간보다 미리 가서 수영장 이용한다고 얘기했고, 호텔측에서 미리 확인했었는데 룸넘버가 아직 없어서 버기를 부르지 못하는 상황이었음. 빌라카운터가 아니라 리조트 카운터로 잘못가서 빌라 카운터로가는 버기를 불러준다고했는데 리조트/호텔 컨시어지에 있는 직원.... 잘못왔다고 말해주고 버기 불러준다더니 그 앞에서 15분을 세워둠 너무 짜증나서 다른 여자직원분께 15분을 기다리고있는데 버기가 오긴 오는거냐고 물어보니 다시 확인해준다고하고 불러줌 컨시어지 직원 우리가 15분동안 기다리는거 봤는데도 별다른 액션이 없었던게 아쉬움 3. 체크인시간 2시를 조금 넘긴 2시 30분경 체크인하러 감. 잠깐 기다리라길래 15분을 앉아있었는데 응대도 없고 부르지도 않아서 언제되냐고 물어보니까 그제서야 화장실에 문제가 있어서 늦어진다고 기다려달라고함 그래서 2시 55분에 들어갔어요~ㅎㅎ 체크아웃시간을 1시간 늦춰줬는데, 이것도 내가 체크인시간 늦어졌다고 얘기하니까 그제서야 확인해보겠다고하고 늦춰줌,,ㅎㅎ말안했으면 그냥 1시간 날릴뻔했어요 베트남에서 1박 90만원이면 엄청 비싼건데, 왜이렇게 부족한 응대인지 아쉬워요

9.0ダナン中心部から少し離れているため、落ち着いている分、徒歩で外に出かけるには適していません。 ホテルは旧式の巨大ホテルリゾートですが、何もかも揃っています。 館内を散歩する孔雀たちを見ているだけで癒しになります。ファミリー向けかもしれません。
− 設備は古いですが特に問題ありません。オーシャンビューの部屋を予約したのですが、地上階で窓の前に大きな木があり眺望は良くはなかったです。

− We booked a villa for the kitchen facilities but the fridge did not keep things cold and all cooking equipment we found out was at an additional cost which didn’t sit well with us.
