A place to sleep for a night to catch a plane the next day. Nothing else.
2.0The shuttle and the location close to the Anchorage airport was important. The shuttle was run very efficiently, even though the seatbelts did not work.
− We had a tiny room. They said it was just redone, but it was just white washed the paint sealed the windows, but the in window air conditioner did work. The breakfast was extremely sparse and minimal.

− They put us in a tiny little room not in the main hotel. Didn’t like it at all. They didn’t disclose that information until check in.

1.0Breakfast was OK. Rooms were small.
− First night room was very small. Not what you would expect for #300. The sink was next to the bed so you had to be careful getting up at night. The second night the room was a little larger. Still not worth $300. Maybe that is what Alaska prices are like. My main complaint was I had to cancel the first night the morning of July 7 as my wife had an emergency appendectomy on July5 and was told the night before we were leaving she could not fly. I cancelled that morning of the 7th and requested through Booking.Com and at the front desk for some consideration, but received none. Rather heartless . Would never use them again.
Good airport hotel. I would use this place again.
9.0Location. Five minutes by shuttle from airport. Bed was comfortable. There was a great desk and chair for my laptop. WiFi was secure and I was able to do my business work.
− The heat was shut off the second day. Apparently, other rooms (not mine) complained it was too hot, so they shut it all down. I had to wear multiple layers of jackets in my room to stay comfortable. The hot water failed on the second day. Maintenance man came by and thought it might be the water heater? Regardless, a couple of hours later, the hot water was back on. The buildings are kind of old. You can hear every footstep as people walk outside your room. That didn't bother me. It was quiet at night.
