− The room really should have a little fridge of it's own. Also the air-conditioning didn't work very well.

Convenient location
6.0Great location for visits to RHS Wisley and other attractions. First impressions good and friendly welcome from reception staff. Plenty of parking. It would have been a very grand building however it does require some investment. The grounds could be amazing but there were window boxes and planters full of dead plants. The outside seating areas were not inviting and everything looked very neglected. However, our room on the ground floor was big, comfortable and had excellent air conditioning. The bathroom required updating and the shower was not very powerful. We had dinner twice in the restaurant which was very good. The quality, presentation and service was of a very high standard. The breakfast buffet was also good with plenty of choice of cold and hot food. All the staff were professional, helpful and friendly.

9.0Almost everything! It’s a beautiful old world hotel in a lovely setting.
− There was a small of sewage in some places. This was there the last time we stayed there also.
