Beautiful Hotel. Would stay again.

Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food to choose from. The staff were very nice and very helpful.

− Service declined greatly at evening meal time sadly. Service for both food and drinks became very slow and not all meals came out at the same time on occasion however the staff were still as helpful as they could be.

Enjoyable stay, would return if in area.

The pool, the spa, excellent masseuse, large bed, good food reasonably priced, parking good. Receptionists very helpful

− El desayuno es muy escaso y muy poco abundante para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. La bañera es incómoda al ser tan alta y estrecha.

The ac was really cold which helped us.

− The room had a view of a shisha lounge, not really a nice view. In the entrance of the hotel, which is a 4 star hotel, the carpet was really stained giving a bad look at the hotel about cleanliness, which was confirmed by the lack of cleanliness in the room’s bathroom. There was hair in the bathtub, the floor was stained and the shower guard was stained. I called the front desk at 18:30 and they said that there were no other rooms available in queen size bed configuration, and offered to send housekeeping up to the room to clean. They suggest sending them while we went out to dinner, and we accepted. When I arrived at 1am, the bathroom was the same, with the exception of a towel on the floor of the bathtub that was previously folded in a bow figure, now being just “there” like someone threw it inside the bathtub. I came to find out, at check out, that house keeping only works till 17:30, which means we were lied to and someone went inside our room that wasn’t house keeping and without our permission’s. Thankfully nothing was moved, but it wasn’t a pleasant situation. Also, I had left a keycard on the cardholder so the ac kept working, and when we arrived, it was pulled out. Rude to just remove the option of keeping the room cold. Another thing, if you’re thinking of eating at the poolside bar, bring your own chair. 80% of the chairs there were cracked and ripped, and if you sat down, you’d go through the seat. I will not go back, way too expensive for the service provided.
