6.0Breakfast was good, staff very rude and dry not welcoming at all.
− Buffet staff were very dry, not welcoming. Rooms were extremely hot like 27c was a struggle to sleep, had to open windows to cool down room, but unfortunately mossies made their way in and got stuck into our kids. Asked reception to turn heating down, coz controls don’t work, but like I didn’t say anything, nothing got done.
