9.0Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Es befindet sich direkt an einer Metrostation sowie in der Nähe weiterer öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, sodass man jeden Punkt der Stadt schnell und bequem erreichen kann. Besonders praktisch ist die kostenlose Transport Card, die das Hotel zur Verfügung stellt. Sie ermöglicht die kostenfreie Nutzung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs und beinhaltet außerdem weitere Vergünstigungen. Obwohl das Hotel in der Nähe der Seepromenade und des Stadtzentrums liegt, ist die Umgebung angenehm ruhig. Unser Zimmer hatte ein sehr schönes und geschmackvolles Design. Dank der bequemen Matratzen, der guten Schallisolierung und der Klimaanlage konnten wir trotz der sommerlichen Hitze hervorragend schlafen und uns gut erholen. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Das Personal spricht mehrere Sprachen, leider jedoch kein Deutsch. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
