Angenehmes Hotel über dem Luganer See
9.0Der Pool ist sehr schön. Außerdem ist das Hotel insgesamt gut ausgestattet, sauber und ansprechend.Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und die Atmosphäre auf der Terrasse ist überwältigend. Empfehlenswert ist zudem ein Abendessen im Restaurant mit hervorragendem Essen und Service.
− Das Hotel liegt doch weit entfernt vom Zentrum, was uns nicht so sehr störte, da Lugano nach unserem Empfinden kaum schöne Ecken hat. An der Rezeption könnte die Kommunikation etwas besser ausfallen, indem z.B. auf die Möglichkeit, Handtücher für den Pool am Pool zu bekommen hingewiesen wird oder auf die Tatsache, dass das gebuchte Zimmer erst um 15 Uhr beziehbar ist. Dies ist grundsätzlich kein Problem, aber man ließ uns das Auto ausräumen, um uns dann mitzuteilen, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir das Auto auch erst später ausgeräumt.
