Overall wonderful hotel with wonderful rooms near to metro station and an incredible park.
9.0Great hotel and nice rooms that have very good sound proofing to outside noises. Arrived one evening and there was loud music from across the road. Thought it would be hard to sleep, but turns out those sounds hardly made it into the room, especially with the AC running. The AC is something else I liked as it was very nice and cool, especially during the hot days of the Summer. Other than that, the lobby is very nice with plenty of seating areas.
− It seemed some of the staff were not aware of the services they offer. For example one helped me about booking a van to the train station. When I got a WhatsApp message two days later asking about the hotel, I asked about my van booking, only then I was informed that the company they work with did not have a van and that they booked two smaller taxis for me. I should have been informed about this piece of information right away to be able to look for alternative service providers. They also claimed they can only offer a service with this partner of theirs and are not able to contact other service providers! Asking a desk staff member later at night about the status of my request (as i wanted to confirm the 2 taxis) it seemed like he did not know they even have the service. Had to show them my WhatsApp conv. on the matter. They said this person works in the morning, check with him then. Went to my room and sent a follow-up WhatsApp message and got a quick reply that the my request is confirmed. Just wondering why the front-desk people could not give me an answer? All modes of services need to be integrated with a little more training may be.

9.0Very modern interior and great facilities Rich and diverse breakfast buffet Very calm area
− Just a minor detail but the coffee machine and a few other things in the room were a bit dusty. But that's about it.
