EXCELLENT HOTEL AND SERVICE
10.0The hotel is located right at the Interlaken west station which is excellent. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating, specially Maddy 😍 The room was very clean, big shout out to housekeeping! and the view is just breathtaking.We felt really safe staying at merkur hotel Also the hotel is so close to restaurants and local shops. Will definitely be coming back. 😍

8.0All good. Staff is kind and cordial. Location is perfect, railway station and parking right opposite. Just a tad bit expensive but that's the case with every hotel in interlaken.
