6.0When checking in, was advised by the check in staff that my room type is either near the lift or end of corridor. I stated that i prefer the one near the lift. But when go to the room, it is the one furthest down the corridor.

A wonderful day at crown plaza
10.0When I arrived at this hotel, the front desk was very friendly and helped me check in, and even took my luggage to my room. Immediately afterwards, I tried the Chinese food, and was pleasantly surprised by the taste. I finally understood what the 'pot aroma' in Fried Rice meant, and it was very delicious. Finally, I rested in my room and had a wonderful evening.

10.0This is my second stay at the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Landmark. The hotel's design is very distinctive, and it's the classic Hong Kong style that I really like. James from the sales department upgraded me to the hotel's most distinctive open suite. I particularly like the Pergo Italian restaurant in this hotel. Their dishes are very exquisite and delicious. When I come to Shenzhen for a trip next time, I will still choose this hotel.
