− The mini fridge in the room did not work. Staff was not helping when trying to find breakfast that was to be at the Marriott.
Lily was fabulous at the reception desk. She was very helpful and courteous.
7.0We didn’t pay for the breakfast option so that didn’t apply.
− Our room #317 was clean enough in the bedroom area, but the toilet and shower area has dirt all around the baseboards and there was hair on the floor after the maid came in after our 1st night. Just gross. Was the worst behind the door when you’re sitting on the toilet you see all the dirt. Yuck.

In all our stay turned out fine but I’d suggested they check out the rooms occasionally to ensure everything is in good
7.0Clean, convenient location, friendly staff, quickly addressed issues.
− The shower was broken in our initial room, smoke detector was covered with bandages, and the television would black out & shut off when selecting certain channels. We were quickly moved to a new room on the floor of our choosing; however, the new room also consisted of a smoke detector covered with bandages, the fridge was missing a shelf bar making it difficult to store all of our food. I also inquired about the desk chair which was positioned oddly after we had difficulty correcting it. I was told that was “normal”. While my oldest daughter was sitting in the chair it repositioned on its own, luckily she didn’t get hurt.
