Well Trained Service Dog Friendly Staff
10.0I travel with a service dog and prefer hotels that are not pet friendly so that I can avoid my dog being put at risk due to negligent owners. This however can sometimes cause problems with unprepared staff which is why I was so delighted with the experience I had with the front desk staff here. Taylor was amazing!!! She greeted me, didn't distract my dog and ensured that this was a safe place for us by asking the two ada questions for service animals. She even gave me recommendations on where to take my dog out the relieve himself.
Book it! You won’t be disappointed.
10.0I had an excellent experience with a caring staff. Lucy, Lisa and the entire staff created an exceptional experience for me after a horrible travel day. Thank you to the entire team. I highly recommend this hotel.
Not up to Marriott customer service standards
4.0I do not recommend this Marriott location. It took awhile for the clerk to come out of the office and check us in. Then when she did come out she treated me as if I was an inconvenience. It is located on an extremely busy road with lots of LOUD trucks and traffic. We could hear the road noise even with a loud sound machine and the AC fan going constantly. The breakfast was good with hot and cold options and even gluten-free muffins. Overall I would never stay here again.
