Perfect Hangzhou hotel!
10.0Bai was the perfect consummate host! I felt so warmly welcomed. The location was perfect- close to shopping, food, temples and historical buildings and transportation. The cafe below was perfect for breakfast and a coffee drink(excellent cafe lattes and pour over/drip is their specialty).

10.0The location is phenomenal. Best street in the town great to get places as well. The room is a respite as well. Having a delicious coffee watching the world go by on the amazing street beneath.

10.0Fantastisk plassering, fantastisk rom! Virkelig flott og stort rom, inngang rett fra gågaten. Fin utsikt. Store og myke senger. Elsket det! Skulle ønske vi ble her lenger. Kommer tilbake neste gang igjen! Spiste Michelin dumplings til lunsj like i nærheten.
− Litt vanskelig å forstå hvor det ligger og hvor man skal be DiDi slippe deg av. Ring verten og få hjelp! Vi gikk bare fra Drumtower.
