3.0It was close to Salem and a ground floor room. Other than that not very impressed with staying here; even friends we were with didn't want to come hang out in our place while grabbing stuff.
− The place is worn down, but the pictures make it look nicer than it is. The backboards are cracked, and you can feel the bed springs. You can tell they try to cover up marks with paint, but overall the place isn't worth the money they charge. Every night there was a homeless man dumpster diving and would yell, keeping us up. Felt bad for him but annoyed staff wouldn't aid him away. The internet never worked properly and kept cutting out while I tried to do work away from home.

9.0The room was cozy most of the staff were pleasant and accommodating
− Security approached me while I was smoking a cigarette in my car. I told him I was a guest and showed him my door key as well as giving him my room number and name.. the next while I was out, I got a call from my wife saying that the front desk opened the door and was yelling at her to check out immediately. When I arrived and showed him my booking he said that I was doing drugs in the parking lot. Of all the many things wrong with the situation,the worst is a complete lack of any professionalism. Now I see my review saying that my stay was wonderful.
