− Niemand bij de receptie was dicht iemand uit Oekraïne moesten we bellen hijwas hulp in het hotel zonder personeel hij kon niet communiceren heel veel lawaai in het hotel hebben bij hem geklachtkon niets doen .Er was niemand in het hotel voor aanspraak
