10.0My stay was extremely pleasant because of the lounge experience - special thanks to lounge staff- all of them Aditya, Nishika, Pam , and the managers Aditya has a very calm nature he handle a difficult customer with such a peaceful manner which is a true quality of good customer service- perfect person for the job of receptionist. Looking forward to my next visit and meeting the staff again Aravind- house keeping does a fabulous work - I had met him on my last visit to the Marriot and now again. He recognized me and made me feel so happy to see him still at Marriot Thank you for this wonderful stay 👍👌😊
