5.0Cercanía a la playa.
− Subida del parking de 15 a 18 e/dia. Tampoco que solicité última planta y me dan una en la primera y mirando a la piscina. La verdad es que nos podrian haber dado una planta superior mirando al pinar, nos dieron una segunda. Y eso que reservé con mucha antelación. Respecto a temas de comida, algunos dias repetían buffet y por el agua mineral filtrada ( no comprada) cobraban 2,60 una botella de litro, cuando el año pasado era agua embotellada de una empresa. En definitiva bajada de calidad. Una pena.

6.0− No avisaron que había una feria en Isla Cristina justo al lado del hotel. La música que se oía en el cuarto duró el primer día hasta las 4 de lamadrugada y el segundo hasta las seis.
Mini vacaciones estupendas
10.0Nos gustó todo, nos cambiaron de habitación para disfrutar del jacuzzi y fue todo un acierto, el buffet nos quedó sin palabras, todo buenísimo además de la gran variedad que había, sin duda volveremos

9.0Es la segunda vez que vamos porque este hotel está muy bien de instalaciones y el buffet es muy variado y con buena calidad. El personal de recepción muy amable, el personal de pisos amabilísimos, pendientes de que tuviésemos de todo y de dejarlo todo perfecto. El personal de piscina y entrega de toallas también muy correctos. Es un hotel muy tranquilo para relajarse del todo. La habitación muy amplia y el baño con ducha individual y bañera de hidromasaje.
− Este año nos dieron la habitación que pedimos alta y con vistas pero estaba en otro ala muy alejada de los ascensores, tuvimos que usar escaleras de acceso a la piscina y el ascensor del garaje, sino es tedioso. De otro lado, diría que el colchón aunque es bueno y firme me resultó duro porque es de muelles, serián mejores con viscoelastico. Por último está muy orientado al turismo extranjero, tanto los horarios de comidas como el personal de animación que no hablan español.
