− Pet fee on booking.com said $20 they said it was wrong and charged me $25 which is excessive
We were quite disappointed in our stay. The property did not live up to the good reviews we read on Booking.com.
4.0The motel is in a good location and appeared safe. The room was clean, except for the carpet. The beds were clean and comfortable. Otherwise, we would have left a worse review.
− Went to plug something in a receptacle on the rooms exterior wall and water came out. The lamp being plugged in sizzled, so was quickly unplugged. The TV was junk, as the speaker made an awful vibrating sound when people talked. Also, cloudy white water came out of the bathroom faucet until it was run for a while. Water leaked around the handle if it was pushed on while running. Perhaps air got in the system and created the white water. No one came to make up the room after the first night, even though we put our towels on the floor. Had to ask twice at the desk to get replacement towels.
Might have to find another place to stay in the future! This is the worst exp in several years there
3.0Breakfast was ok at best.
− Ice machine was not working. Got up for breakfast Sunday morning. Didn't have any artificial sweeteners for coffee/ hot tea for diabetic people. I wasn't the only one looking for that. Go upstairs for a shower and there was only 2 washcloths when the room was booked for 3 adults!! So, we shared a washcloth and come to find out there was no shampoo in the shower!!!! ;( .
