10.0Wonderful staff, so friendly and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and in a great location. Our bedroom was fab, we upgraded to a privilege room which was excellent value for money. Breakfast is fantastic, lots of choice and a la carte choices like omelettes available at no extra charge. The rooftop is a great bonus - fabulous layout, nice food, always quiet and 360 views of the City. It was my husbands birthday while we were there, and they spoilt him with champagne, chocolates and a lovely note.
