− Ho avuto una camera con bagno per andicappati. Se pure molto grande il bagno il lavandino era minuscolo. era quasi impossibile non far cadere acqua a terra. Sarebbe da sostituire con uno più grande.

− Booked for a second night and wasn't as easy to make the booking go through (and shame the staff couldn't assist as all online which I appreciate is your overall business process).

10.0Loved every minute! The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I only wish we were able to stay longer. Will be back on our next stop in London. Fantastic!
