Over priced ,the rooms need a much needed deep cleaning and remodeling. The musky air and moldy bed sheets gives this pl
5.0I did like that the property was “near” the strip and the foothills of the mountains
− The property was semi-neglected ,needs some tlc and updating in the rooms

7.0The bed was comfortable
− Seen roaches in the room
Great location, needs some improvements
9.0The location was amazing! Right off the gatlinburg strip! Seen bears morning and night!
− The parking. Small parking lot, awkward parking spots. Queen beds did not fit 2 adults and a child and was rather small. Sink wouldn’t drain so had to call maintenance to get it fixed.

1.0The lady working in the lobby, Ashley, was very nice.
− Everything. The room was an absolute mess. I booked a pet friendly room and the second we walked in, there was a horrible smell. We tried to clean and get rid of the smell because it was unbearable, but nothing worked. There was pet hair all over the floor. I went to the lobby to complain and ask for an explanation, when the manager said to me "You asked for a pet friendly room, it's going to smell bad." I have stayed in many pet friendly hotels in my life. None of them have smelt bad, have had pet hair stuck to the floor, or have I been treated that way. We had to end up leaving and finding a different hotel on that same day. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone, you will end up disappointed.
It's good but it can be better.
9.0Easy access to different stores, restaurants, quiet, staff was great, saw quite a few bears, walkable to everything.
− When we got into our room the air was kinda damp, it smells mildew, my husband found a sock next to our bed, there was quite a few hair on the floor and bath tub(had to clean it myself)
