− La stanza troppo piccola ed il bagno davvero minimale. Le attrezzature della cucina non erano adatta alle piastre ad induzione (soluzione posticcia visto che le piastre dei fornelli erano guaste).

7.0− Es war sehr umständlich, unsere Motorräder in der Sackgasse zu parken. Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Beim Duschen wurde ich mit abgeblätterter Farbe bedeckt, die ssich nur schwer entfernen ließ.
