− Waited 15 minutes in the morning for someone to help me on the front desk. No one was there.

− The elevator was stuck the bathroom light was blown out the breakfast was horrible and the black lady that cooks looks like a clown with all that makeup on her face it's nothing like the city bistro was the Holiday Inn Supposed To be great
Great, convenient location with an even better staff! No one was “snooty” like some hotel staff members can be.

− I didn’t like the idea of having to pay for breakfast (only because I’ve never stayed somewhere where breakfast wasn’t included, if it was served). I still paid though, we were hungry! Ha!
All in all our stay was satisfactory.
9.0Location to the convention center, cleanliness, staff was professional
− Premium price. Fresh linens were stacked on the bed but it was not made when we arrived. After a text communication with the staff, the bed was made while we were out to dinner.
