I just didn't like it

− It wasn't the best in house hold thing

I will not be staying here again

When I complained about the air conditioning not working and the sink leaking, the staff quickly changed my room.

− The place looked so rundown and dirty. The water and ice machine didn't work, the laundry area was too dirty to enter, the hallways had trash. Breakfast was bare. But the thing that was the kicker for me was that there was no water on the property to drink. The drinks machine that offered water was unplugged because it wasn't in working condition. I asked the staff if they could may be please fill my bottle with water from the kitchen, and they flatly refused saying they could not give me water. I mean, what? Water is the most basic thing.

So awful we never stayed

the guys at the desk were kind but after that a disaster

− The property was so awful we actually didnt stay. We walked into the room and turned around, checked out and left. The room and property was damaged, the room smelled. The property had shady characters lurking about. Do not stay here.

They did not give us a refund for the two nights at all. Told me they sent a full refund to booking.com and they didn’t.

There was nothing good about this property.

− The rooms were nothing like what was on the booking.com site. The bathroom ceiling was leaking from room above, bathtub was 4 different colors. The sheet on bed were wrong side out and to small. The outlets were pant splatter and dingy. The blow dryer was yellow and brown looking as it had not been cleaned ever. The iron board was disgusting. We ended up not staying here at all.

Do not stay at this hotel, absolutely filthy and totally unsafe

Absolutely nothing the picture they advertise online are totally false. We checked into the room. We weren’t even there three minutes. I went back to the front desk and told them we did not want to stay. The rooms were disgusting. They were dirty and dingy. They were bugs walking all over the counter when we walked in. The front desk was very rude and said we’d have to contact the manager for a refund. We obviously left the hotel sent an email and never heard anything from them.
