2.0The electric was out when we got there but we were able to go to room. We left to find food and when we came back electric was on and the room was infested with mold. We ask to move, they moved us but to a smoking room that stunk. We just got up early in the morning and left! Won’t be back

6.0The room TV didn't work properly, the remote would turn up the TV, but wouldn't turn it down. Ask to get it fixed, they came while we were from the room, but it didn't fix the problem. Came again and lo and behold we ended up in the same room again and we asked could we be changed to another room, but they wouldn't let us. So, the next time we choose to stay at Goldstrike, because the service wasn't good at Sam's Town. We love the Casino.
