− AC unit didn’t work, the manager ( the indian lady) came to the room and inspected it, then she offered a discount so we agreed to stay in the room. The discount didn’t come as she promised, after a couple of days I called and talked to her after few tries, she said the money will come to you tomorrow, waited 3 days and no refund. She was also too stingy to provide bedding for us since we booked for 5 people but the is bedding for only 2 beds. Thank you

8.0Room was spacious, did have a bit of a funky smell but seemed clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast included several hot options. Pool was nice, Price was very reasonable and the location was great for me.
− Carpet in the hallway was not tacked down so it was difficult with my elderly mother who uses a walker. When I was carrying things out to the car in the morning a staff member kept asking me if I was leaving, if I was staying another night. It was still an hour and a half from check out and it was annoying. Since I was traveling with a disabled person I made multiple trips and he stopped me everytime.
We enjoyed our stay!
8.0Location was convenient to a Bettendorf wedding and all associated activities. It was also easy access to the interstate going to visit relatives in East Moline. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast was delicious! It consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and the best part was the sausage cream gravy! The bed was comfortable, the room clean and quiet. We really enjoyed the indoor pool!
− The property is older so there was pealing paint on walls, wrinkled carpet in the hallway and discoloration of the bathtub grout.

5.0the staff was very accomadating to our request to change rooms.
− The facilities were just run down and dirty. The carpet is pulling up, lots of things out of order, and the rooms were messy. Beds were clean but covered bases of the beds had fresh stains and a little trash on the floor. The first room we were in smelled terrible, and so they moved us to a different room that was better.
