שירות מדהים, מיקום מצוין, המון בריכות, כמה מתחמי מגלשות, כמות גדולה של ברים וחדרי אוכל ברחבי המלון וחוף הים, חופים פרטיים, מסלול קרטינג צמוד למלון בתוספת תשלום אבל שווה ביותר (לא לפספס), מול המלון יש חברת השכרה מעולה של רכבים , וטרקטורונים (שירות מעולה), קירבה לעיר חרסניסוס, המלון מדהים

− הדבר היחידי שצריך לבדוק מראש הוא מיקום החדר המקום גדול מאד צריך שיהיה אפשרות לבחור את החדרים לפי מיקום כמו שניתן לבחור בהופעה היכן לשבת מיקום של כיסא ויציע

The hotel is very large and offers many leisure areas, swimming pools, and restaurants. The meals are varied and plentiful, and the room was comfortable.

− Unfortunately, we also experienced a few unpleasant situations. Although most of the staff were friendly, the blond receptionist spoke to us in a very aggressive manner during check-out. I repeatedly explained that room 1010 was not our room, but he continued to insist that we had an outstanding payment without properly checking the situation. The pool towel exchange system is also not clearly explained or properly signposted. In addition, the internet connection is very weak and unreliable throughout the hotel. Another unpleasant experience occurred at the Cretan Star restaurant. The older chef wearing a cap, who was preparing omelettes and meat, was very aggressive in the way he spoke to me. I wanted to take one pancake for a four-year-old child, and he started shouting that food was not allowed to be taken out of the restaurant. I would have fully understood the rule if it had been explained calmly and politely. Another chef, who had tattoos, then came over and politely explained that the restaurant rules did not allow food to be taken outside, but that since it was for a child, he could make an exception. A 10 out of 10 for this chef’s attitude and professionalism!

מקום גדול, מהנה מאוד ומתאים למשפחות עם ילדים שאוהבים פארק מים, בריכות וחוף ים.

המיקום טוב, כל הארוחות מעולות ויש מגוון מספיק גדול שיתאים לרוב האורחים. המתקנים מהנים מאוד כולל הפעילות הימית הנגישה והמצויינת. החופים נהדרים והכי כיף היה בקארטינג שצמוד למלון.

− חדר המשפחה שקיבלנו באזור 7 היה יחסית מיושן, היו כמה דברים שם שלא עבדו כמו שצריך, הטלויזיה ביומיים הראשונים הייתה בלתי ניתנת לצפייה, עד שבאו ותקנו את הבעיה. הכיור באחד המקלחות לא היה ניתן לשימוש כי הצנרת הייתה מנותקת, עוד היה חסר לנו גם מתלים למגבות במקלחות שזה פרט קטן אבל הופך את השימוש לנוח יותר.
