Divan Istanbul has truly become my home in Istanbul. I have stayed here many times over the years, and one of the reasons I always return is the remarkable consistency of the service. No matter how busy the hotel is, I know I will be welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The front desk team is simply exceptional. They are always punctual, highly organized, and remarkably attentive. One of the details that makes Divan stand out is that they greet returning guests by name, creating an atmosphere that feels both elegant and personal from the moment I arrive. A special thank you to Bülent Bey, Guest Relations Director, whose dedication to guest satisfaction is truly outstanding. His professionalism and genuine care ensure that every stay feels effortless. I would also like to thank General Manager Yulia Hanım, whose leadership helps preserve the outstanding culture that has long made Divan Istanbul a benchmark in Turkish hospitality. Every stay is made even more special by her warm welcome note waiting in my room, a thoughtful touch that always makes me feel at home. Whenever I am in Istanbul, my schedule is usually packed with meetings and events, yet every request I make is accommodated with the utmost attention, care and efficiency. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, the spa is a wonderful place to unwind after a long day, and the location is perfect. Divan Istanbul combines timeless elegance with impeccable service, making every stay feel special. It is one of the very few hotels where I always feel completely at home.

− انه لا يوجد شطاف للبوكس

Good hotel but for the price paid it felt bit expensive.

Friendly staff, comfirtable room.

− Breakfast was not very impressive, several basic options e.g. scrambled eggs and other warm dishes were tasteless.

كانت اقامه جميله مريحه والطعام جيد جدا خاصة قطعة الاسكلوب لذيذه لذيذه لا اعرف اسمها بالتركي

ممتاز قربه وسط اماكن السياحه والتنقلات فندق نظيف وامان اخص بالشكر مدير الاستقبال شاب ابيض رفيع لا اتذكر اسمه والسيده شفا جميله وبشوشه لبقه التحدث كانو على خلق في غاية الاحترام في التعامل معنا كذلك جميع الموظفين في الفندق وعامل النظافه الخاص بالغرف والحمامات هو من الجنسيه الفلبينيه اظن شكرا له انسان طيب وامين جدا جدا نسينا التلفون والأيباد وخرجنا للتسوق ورجعنا بعد نصف ساعه وجدناه حاطهم على مكتب السرير والغرف نظيفه مرتبه شاكره له جدا ولأمانته
