The hotel could not find our booking - STRESSFUL!
6.0We had previously stayed at this hotel. We had to wait more than an hour because the hotel did not have our booking. After time wasting communication via hotels.com app the booking was found. It was stress and terrible experience.

4.0Sofiane at the reception was as always helpful and polite. The hotel draws undesirable low lifes who are rude, stupid and noisy. Drank Arab idiots started their party in the room below. I had to go down and ask them to stop around 1 am so our baby son could sleep. I wonder why Muslims who are not allowed to drink, drugs and use prostitutes do this to down grade themselves and the hotel. The owner allows this rubbish unfortunately!
