Let down by a really crappy hotel.
1.0Metz is a superb location. great vibe and buzz. eating out is fabulous with lots of chouce and icecreams to die for.
− Room 105 was filthy. cockroach in coffee machine. dirty walls. vents hangingout of wall full of dust. Mould in the shower . black scratches in the bath. tv had a big scratch in the screen, stains on the radiator and sink area & rust on the taps. the level of dirt in the room was weeks old if not nonths. obviously the work of the staff is not quality checked. The bathroom had a very dangerous knife sharp crack in the floor, the lift for the trolley was broken. Highly unsuitable for dissabled persons. Check out was a nightmare with one staff member on duty and a queue of guests leaving. Ill be pushing for a refund. Do not stay here.

9.0De kamer was zeer ruim en comfortabel. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en hielp ons met onder andere met een kinderstoel en aankleedkussen.
− De muziek keuze voor de lobby was erg apart, keiharde hardrock bij binnenkomst hadden we niet verwacht en past niet echt bij dit hotel.
