− Los horarios de piscina y cena están adaptados a horario extranjero y no a horario español. Había cucarachas y muchas por las zonas comunes ,creo que en un hotel no hay peor cosa que ver qué eso, es súper desagradable verlas correteando a sus anchas por las zonas comunes por las noches y también en la terraza de nuestra habitación,no había noche que no tuviéramos visita de ellas... Las toallas del baño las cambian cada dos días y si tienes que esperar de sábado a martes como fue nuestro caso hasta 3 días sin toallas Limpias! El suelo de toda la zona común resbalaba al máximo mi hijo de 5 años incluso con zapatillas puestas se escurrió unas cuantas veces y el bebé de casi dos años ...lo mismo.Ponian carteles de "atención suelo resbaladizo" pero creo que lo que deberían hacer es cambiarlo!

− A zona das refeições deve ser repensada. Há muita confusão nas horas de refeição e a variedade de comida não é muito grande.
