10.0Tra gli aspetti che ho maggiormente apprezzato, desidero evidenziare l’organizzazione impeccabile di tutto il personale, sempre efficiente, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Un ringraziamento particolare va inoltre allo staff di animazione, che si è dimostrato gentile, professionale e mai invadente, contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera piacevole e coinvolgente durante tutto il soggiorno.
− Posizionerei dei distributori automatici di acqua potabile nelle aree comuni, evitando così la necessità di rivolgersi ogni volta al personale, e migliorerei la qualità dell’acqua, che attualmente presenta un sapore piuttosto ferroso e sgradevole. Sarebbe inoltre molto utile un servizio shuttle da e per l’aeroporto, eventualmente estendibile anche ai collegamenti tra il resort e il centro di Sharm El Sheikh. Infine, ridurrei il numero di proposte relative a escursioni e servizi aggiuntivi durante la giornata, in modo da garantire agli ospiti un’esperienza più rilassante e meno invasiva. Aggiungerei della sabbia fine al campo di volley e durante le ore più calde un servizio di approvvigionamento acqua.

10.0The hotel was wonderful, and everything was excellent. The sea was beautiful, and the food was outstanding. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the staff for their warm hospitality and friendly service. Special thanks to Mohammed Aouf, Reem and Nada from the restaurant, Ahmed Abdulhalim, Tarek and Mohammed El Gamal at the reception, Mohammed Emad at the beach, and Ashraf from the lobby bar and 1305 room cleaning personel. We truly appreciate each and every one of them for making our stay so enjoyable. Otel harika herşey cok.guzeldi denizi yemekleri cok iyi.
