1.0− We booked this hotel for one night and arrived to check in. After receiving the key to our first room, we immediately found cockroaches. We returned to the front desk, and the staff gave us another room. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse. It contained numerous huge dead cockroaches. The room was in an unacceptable sanitary condition. We recorded videos and immediately returned to the front desk. The staff apologized, and we explained that it was impossible to stay in such conditions. We requested to cancel our reservation, and the front desk assured us that the hotel manager would process a full refund the next day. Since then, I have sent multiple messages through Booking.com, emailed the hotel manager, and called the hotel several times. My emails and messages have been ignored. When I called, I was told to resolve the issue through Booking.com. Later, Booking.com informed me that the hotel had refused to issue a refund. Charging guests for a room with such serious sanitation problems is completely unacceptable. We have videos proving the condition of both rooms. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. If you value cleanliness, honesty, and customer service, choose another place to stay.

2.0Apparently this motel is a drug hotspot and hangout for the drug heads and homeless after dark 4 out of 6: nights around 10pm seemed large group would gather and party right next to sidewalk beside motel room and to close to our vehicle.. I always take firearm for protection and almost felt as I needed multiple in case something went crazy overnight was amazed was no bodies in parking when I woke in mornings but did not like nothing
− Got pulled over by city cop watching the area and motel at one point as filled car up with fuel heading to beach and realized cop was watching drug dealer in motel somewhere
