10.0Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Super Lage. Es ist nur 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Saubere Zimmer, wird jeden Tag gereinigt.

6.0− Nessun giudizio sull'albergo, che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto valutare. Siamo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio di un fine giugno rovente, direttamente dalla spiaggia, e abbiamo fatto il check_in, pagando subito la tassa di soggiorno. Giunti in camera abbiamo trovato un condizionatore portatile, con il tubo fuori dalla porta finestra, piuttosto rumoroso ed incompatibile, per le nostre abitudini, con il sonno. Impianto di condizionamento fuori uso. Può succedere, però avremmo gradito essere avvisati dell'inconveniente prima di effettuare il check_in. La ragazza dell'accoglienza ci ha restituito subito la tassa di soggiorno che avevamo pagato in contanti, non avendo altra sistemazione da offrirci e così abbiamo lasciato l'albergo. La direzione ci ha restituito nel giro di un mese l'intera somma della prenotazione, motivo per cui riconosco, al di là dell'intempestività delle informazioni, la serietà della gestione della struttura.
