4.0We booked this hotel mainly for the pool and spa, but only found out on our second day — after asking at reception — that the pool was closed for our entire stay. It was a rainy day with little to do in the area, so we had to drive 30 minutes to another village just to find a pool. None of this was mentioned at booking or check-in, which was really frustrating. If we’d known, we might have planned differently or stayed elsewhere. Make sure to double-check with the hotel before booking.

6.0Contrôle de l’appartement non fait, frigo HS, lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas vraiment, odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain, prêt d’un appareil à raclette dans un état lamentable, balcon fermé par décision de la commission de sécurité (dixit agent d’entretien) et notre piscine dans notre bâtiment est fermé car trop cher à l’entretien (dixit personne de l’accueil), la supérette est vide car c’est la dernière semaine avant fermeture de la station (nous sommes en vacances scolaires, parisiens et lyonnais) ! Heureusement, il y avait de la neige et du soleil

10.0Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed. Bins, linen and towels changed on multiple occasions. On arrival, the bed and carpet could have been a bit cleaner which let it down slightly. Floors a bit thin but despite being right next to the main door it wasn’t too loud and slept well. Shop nearby good pricing given location. Underground parking very convenient though tight if you have a big car.
