Me esperaba algo mejor
6.0El hotel tiene unas vistas espectaculares y en un primer momento, llama mucho la atención su ubicación.
− Me gustaría indicar algunos detalles que, bajo mi opinión, deberían intentar solucionar por parte del hotel de cara a ofrecer un mejor servicio. En primer lugar, señalar que tras entrar en la habitación, se pudo comprobar que la cama no era cómoda y, además, parecía que tenía restos de arena, cuando se supone que debería estar totalmente limpia para su acceso por los clientes. Otro aspecto a destacar, es la organización en la zona de la piscina, pues era imposible encontrar una hamaca disponible. En el periodo que estuve alojada en el hotel, nunca pude disfrutar de un lugar adecuado para disfrutar de la piscina, pues las veces que acudí a ella, tuve que tumbarme en la zona del césped. Por último, debo destacar que siendo celíaca, las opciones en el buffet eran bastante escasas y considero que el tema de la contaminación cruzada no lo controlan. Tan solo disponía en el desayuno de una zona con panes, dulces, entre otras cosas, indicándome que podía comer el resto de alimentos, a sabiendas de la posible manipulación de los alimentos.

10.0Its just perfect. Nice hotel, quite location, comfortable beds, beutiful view, fabulous garden with a fantastic pool. Breakfast excellent, staff friendly.

9.0Un hotel mare cu multe facilitati, curat si cu multa vegetatie. Mancare buna si destul de variata.
− Este pozitionat departe de statiune, bauturile, inclusiv apa, era contra cost la cina, nu gaseai prea usor lingurite, minibarul era gol, accesul la una din piscine (laguna) era contra cost, seiful din camera costa desi la 4 stele nu am mai intalnit asa ceva si la piscina daca nu mergi dimineata la prima ora, nu mai gasesti loc.
