10.0We had a junior suite for myself and 2 kids - large room, nice view over the river and we had access to the executive lounge on floor 7 which had all day access and free hot and cold drinks / snacks etc. easy walk to lots of different restaurants and nice areas, 25 mins walk to the main museums / checkpoint Charlie etc. Accriss the road is friedrich strasse station which has excellent links so all very easy. It felt so easy and relaxing at this hotel, staff were v welcoming and friendly.

− Kontakt fast nur in englischer Sprache, das habe ich in Deutschland nicht erwartet

9.0Das Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr reichhaltig - es fehlte an nichts Die Lage ist wunderschön am Wasser und sehr schnell vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen

− Llegamos a veces a las 16:30/17h a la habitación y aún no estaba limpia. Y los cojines bastante incómodos.
