10.0I have stayed in many outstanding hotels throughout my life, but I can honestly say that this is one of the very best. From the moment I arrived, I felt as though I were living in a palace. The room was truly princely—beautiful, elegant, and impeccably appointed. What made the experience even more exceptional was the constant attention and genuine care of the staff. Their kindness, professionalism, and impeccable service made every moment feel special. This was far more than a hotel stay; it was an unforgettable experience. I sincerely hope to return very soon. 10.0We had a very pleasant stay at the Royal Palace Hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the city centre and many attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. My partner has limited mobility, and the reception team kindly helped us find a more suitable room with easier access, which we greatly appreciated. We felt very welcome and would happily stay here again when visiting Turin.
