6.0• Excellent location. • Nice ambience and overall property. • Friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. • The hotel manager was very supportive and quickly resolved room issues on both occasions. • Good food quality. • We were able to enjoy our stay comfortably after the room issue was addressed.
− • The room/property shown on Booking.com was significantly different from what we received upon arrival. • Booking.com customer support was extremely disappointing. I spent around 26 minutes on hold without getting any meaningful assistance. • The same room-related issue occurred again the next day. • Summer humidity was quite high during our stay. • Local transportation is expensive; a 3 km trip can cost ₹200–₹300. Having your own vehicle is highly recommended.

10.0This place is highly recommended for someone who is looking to get away from the busy city life and have quiet time for themselves to rejuvenate.

3.0− We can say we don’t like anything especially the insects in the bed and no clean towels, blankets or extras pillows and the food was very poor quality and taste less.
