− The staff was uninterested. The room phone rang at 3am and 5am with no one on the line. Breakfast was disappointing.
Horrible!! Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Shouldn’t be ashamed and should close your doors for good. Clown
1.0Only the Black Gentlemen who checked up in was nice and courteous. The rest of the hotel ia a shit hole!!! No tv channels in room unless you pay for it. A joke!! No ice machines anywhere but first floor. Will never book another room ever at a tru hotel.
− It was a trash hotel. What kind of hotel have you pay for tv channels. Cheap ass owner that’s who!!! Sat in a quiet room all last night bc of that reason. Joke!! Will never book another other room ever with Tru and hopefully my review will cause people to see this and not boom as well.
The location was great but it was Not what I was looking for.
5.0Location to the Airport is outstanding.
− When we arrived in the evening, there were people & kids All over the lobby. I felt like we had gone to a Disney world Hotel. Not what we were looking for.
