5.0The Staff were amazing.. could not fault them.
− For the amount of money we paid over $3000 for a suite on the 28th floor it was extremely uncomfortable bed and extremely uncomfortable lounge. Both items where ROCK hard i believe the floor would have been more comfortable, which made it impossible to get a good night sleep on the bed or the lounge which they say is an extra bed if needed as we did. We booked a hotel in the Hilton this is luxury we certainly did not experience luxury.
