10.0Everyone was really nice and accommodating
− The location is pretty far from everything you definitely need a car or need to know someone to get around. It would have been nice to be able to walk on the beach considering they say its a beachfront.
My stay was exactly what I needed.
9.0The staff was amazing. They were all genuinely sweet. From the restaurant staff..big up Nakita....to the front desk to housekeeping. They all made my stay more memorable.

7.0It was very clean and quiet and relaxing. Very scenic.
− We had problems with the key cards for door locks we changed rooms twice because of it not working and we always have to call maintenance to let us into our room. But management was hospitable they upgraded us to a suite for the rest of our stay complimentary of course and that was kind and the upgrade had an amazing view it was breath taking

A Hidden Gem with Great Service
8.0We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, the rooms offered beautiful views, and we especially enjoyed the soaking tub and large TV. The resort is fairly isolated, so a concierge or more help arranging island activities would make the experience even better. The bed was a bit too firm for our liking, and breakfast was good but could be improved with a few basics like fruit jam. Overall, a relaxing stay with friendly service and a few areas that could be refined.
