10.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very welcoming and, even though there was a bit of a language barrier, they always did their best to accommodate our needs. The property itself was well kept and spotless — our room was tidy, fresh, and exceptionally clean. We especially loved having a balcony overlooking the mountains, which made the stay feel extra special. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout our visit. One thing to note is that the hotel is about a 45–60 minute walk from the train station. If you’re traveling with luggage, it’s definitely best to take a taxi, which costs around 200 NTD. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

10.0This is a really beautiful place to come and stay. They very kindly gave us an upgrade as they had the space. The staff were AMAZING to us, they were so helpful. The room was excellent. Super clean and really, really comfortable and well decorated. We would definitely come back if we stayed in Hualien again.
