Beautiful resort with amazing facilities and staff. Mariame was absolutely legendary at making our stay perfect. We’re really grateful for her experience and how she made sure we had the best time. Always anticipating our needs. The staff was really competent.

− It was a bit hard to find cars to get us to and from the hotel. We managed in the end but it required some planning. The massage left me feeling hurt during several days. The Mystic touch treatment is advertised as a relaxing massage but it wasn’t very relaxing I’m afraid.

Without a doubt, this is my favorite hotel in Rabat, and every single time I visit the city, this is the only place I choose to stay. I’ve been here several times, and each visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The hotel is ravishing but the level of hospitality is simply outstanding. Every single person working at this hotel is exceptional. From the reception and Guest Relations team to the breakfast and restaurant staff, housekeeping, and everyone behind the scenes, every member of the team is amazing, welcoming, kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They don’t just provide excellent service they make you feel truly valued and cared for. Their attention to detail, warmth, and dedication create an experience that is second to none. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Mr Ayman El Manna and Mr El Mehdi Mofid from the Guest Relations team. At the beginning of my stay, there was a small issue that concerned me. Instead of simply resolving it, they took ownership of the situation with genuine care, kindness, and professionalism. They listened, understood exactly how I felt, and went far above and beyond anything I could have expected. They completely turned my experience around and made me feel like a truly valued guest. Their dedication, generosity, and commitment to excellence are remarkable, and they are a true credit to this hotel. To every single member of the team, thank you.
