10.0I have stayed at CN Hotel multiple times over the past summers, including during its previous ownership under the NH chain. The hotel has always maintained a clean, modern, and spacious environment, and the staff remains friendly and professional—with a smooth and efficient check-in process. Initially I was given a room with an air conditioning system which was noisy and barely functional, making the room uncomfortably warm. The hotel management kindly changed our room. The new room’s air conditioning was working perfectly, and we were much more comfortable. Thank you to the staff for resolving the issue promptly.

10.0VERY clean hotel! I was very satisfied with my room and the check in process. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet has many great options. The old town and many other popular areas are within walking distance (about 15-20 minutes). I had dinner one evening in the hotel restaurant, the food was amazing and there was a new waiter (I didn’t get his name but he said he was there for 2 weeks) was so nice! We had an interesting conversation about Romania while waiting for my food, so I want to give a shout-out to him! Overall, amazing experience, I had an amazing time and I really recommend staying at this hotel!

Good hotel poor lifts
8.0As usual in former USSR countries lifts incredibly small and one of two out of action nearly the whole week, causing mayhem. Suggest management find a better lift company to service their lifts and maintain continuous service or install new lifts.
